On June 24, Governor Holcomb announced the establishment of the ‘Indiana COVID-19 Rental Assistance Program’. The $25 million allocated by the state is estimated to serve 12,000 Hoosier renter households affected by the pandemic across 91 of the state’s 92 counties. This program is designed to help Indiana renters whose income has been adversely affected by COVID-19 avoid eviction by providing up to $2,000 in assistance to help cover monthly rent payments or late fees. The application to apply for this program will be available on indianahousingnow.org beginning July 13, 2020 at 9:00 EST.
Join us on July 2nd, as Matt Rayburn shares the details and answers your questions about this exciting program.
