Webinar-Rural Development Property Management for New Site Managers

This class will provide training for on-site management of the Rural Development 515 program. It will include a brief history of the program, industry terminology, the tenant selection plan, the rent structure, utility allowances, understanding rental assistance and how it is assigned, waiting lists, and working with the project worksheet.

This is a class for a beginner. Maximum enrollment is 10 participants so we can provide personalized training and allow time for individual questions and a certificate of completion will be provided at the end of the class.

The class will start at 9:00 a.m. and end at 3 p.m. Bring a note pad, questions, and a calculator.
