This class is designed to familiarize and explain the Rural Development Program to new managers, regional managers or nonprofit board members. Tina will discuss RD Handbook 3560 policies and procedures, including terminology, basic 515 program requirements, income limits, utility allowances, applications, waiting list requirements, issuing RA, certification procedures, verification procedures, required forms and assembling complete tenant file. This program is designed to define, as well as highlight:
